As many of you know, 

truelovepooh is fighting a winning battle against cancer.  However, Pooh is fighting this battle without the help of insurance, and the medical bills are mounting. Starting tonight, a forty hour, yes that's 40 hours, chat-a-thon is being held at Roswell Heaven in conjuction with Roswell Fanatics to help raise awareness, and hopefully funds to help defray Pooh's medical expenses.  There will also be a variety of Roswell related items available in a giant silent auction.  Some of the author's chatting include RosDeidre, who made the jump from fan fiction to published author, Kath7, Angel13, Applebylicious, Fehrbaby, MidwestMax, myself and many many others.  Many of these writers have come out of fandom "retirement" to help support this cause.  All the information you need can be found here:
